Frederick W. Myers
Fred, a U.S. Navy veteran, founded Northwood to bring investors access to compelling financial opportunities traditionally reserved for institutions. Inspired by legendary investors Warren Buffett and Benjamin Graham, Fred has over 20 years of expertise in value investing, company research, and investment selection. Fred’s diverse background includes roles as a submarine officer, management consultant, corporate finance and corporate development manager, and portfolio manager. Fred holds a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
